"Tony" phoned me a few minutes are I requested a quote via Angi.com about removing a wasp nest under my second floor roof. I was very pleased to learn that he lived locally and owned his own small business (rather than simply being a contractor for a much larger corporation). The price we agreed upon was reasonable, and he appeared promptly the following morning and, after explaining a bit about wasp/hornet behavior, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was looking for a exterminator, because I had a huge bee issue on my balcony and the first pest control tech that we had did one crappy job that he never took the nest down or cleaned up the bees for me as I am highly allergic to bees. I found Kill Em' Dead Pest Control on the Internet and I am like let's give it a go. Anthony spoke to me on the phone and gave me a wonderful quote of the most decent price and even went above and beyond for me and cleaned up the bees for me, he made sure I didn't have any bee issue and disposed of the nest as well. He is wonderful and I am recommending him to all my friends and family as well as keeping him for future pest issues.

Had a hornet's nest in my tree so I called Kill em Dead and Tony came out to my house right away to get rid of it. I didn't even need to leave work or make an appointment. He took care of the nest then took payment over the phone. He was very nice and answered all my questions as I've never dealt with this kind of thing before. Would totally hire him again.

They contacted me immediately, and were at my house the next day. They called to let me know they would be about 15 minutes late. Inspected the house, sprayed and came back when our roofers found ants under the old roof. No extra charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

He was very attentive to the phone call and rush over in a hurry, Sprayed my house and charged me for 3 treatments and only came once.

I called and Tony immediately answered the phone. My tenant had an issue with roaches and he was able to come in for extermination that worked with her time schedule. He was punctual, explained the process clearly to our tenant and cleared the house of pests. I was able to do all of this virtually, including payment, and it couldn't have gone better. I was over-charged for the service after receiving my incorrect receipt by Mr. Vassallo #200664. My receipt says amount paid $150.00 but my bank records say $160.00. When I called him via his cell phone, he said that he had to charge me tax. When I called him back and told him that my receipt says $150.00, he hung up on me. When I called him back, again, he let my call go to voicemail. I called HomeAdvisor and reported this to them. As a result of my calling customer service, I did get a refund credited to my card. This was handled by Mr. Vassallo without delay. He also did apologize for the overcharge. For that, I am, indeed, grateful. I choose to see this issue now, as an error due to just not having a good day. We all get them, so, I no longer am displeased with "customer service". We start over with a clean slate.
