If youre looking for true pressure wash that removes dirt and grime, this isn t the company. They use a low pressure wash down of the area to be cleaned. I have a metal roof and was assured the low pressure wash would remove the accumulated dirt. It did not. I ended up doing the complete pressure wash myself along with a neighbor using a pressure wash of 2,100psi and the roof came clean. I gave one star because the mildew around my pool cage was removed........but thats all.

The job had to be rescheduled due to weather and Joe kept me informed periodically. There was no walking on the tile roof as I requested. I was updated periodically as work progressed. Tarps covered everything. When job was completed Joe walked around house with me to review completed job. Great job
