Everything went fine but $240 to replace 2 washers in 30 minutes was exorbitant. Work was done fine.

When they arrived, they completed the yearly maintenance and made sure all was in working order. Unfortunately it wasn't doing what they were called out to check but I did get a lengthy narrative that my unit would probably need replacing if my problem returned. When it returned the following week, I got a second opining and found out all that all that was needed was to replace a part. So, instead of over $5,000 for the new unit like Killingsworth suggested, I got my heater fixed plus two return visits for whatever reason for $760.
