Great company on time and very efficient!

Cody was the perfect professional for what I needed - an inspection of a new build home. He spotted several defects that I can now go back to the builder with BEFORE we close on the property. I told Cody to pencil us in for this time next year to inspect again prior to the end of our warranty period. He promptly provided his thorough and comprehensive inspection report. In addition, Cody game me multiple referrals for additional services and improvements that I am going to need, as my plan is to finish the basement. Cody was also very prompt (in fact he was early and got started right away). He is the best!

Compared to my past experiences with home inspectors, I was a little skeptical going with Killion when he only had 1 review at the time. However, I'm glad I did because the service was very good and the inspection was very detailed. Everything was documented with pictures and then published in a PDF report a day later.

Killion home inspection has drastically changed my expectations of what a home inspection should be. Two things that really stood out to me about Cody Killion as a home inspector were: the level of experience he has and how straightforward he was. First of all, the level of experience: Cody literally has a depth of the first-hand experience with home construction and various projects. The insight he provided, gave my wife and me the information we needed to make crucial decisions on issues we are currently facing with our home. We have experienced other home inspectors that could not provide the same level of insight beyond just identifying an issue. Second, Cody was extremely candid when talking to us. He did not sugar coat anything or try and tell us what we wanted to hear. He identified issues, both present and forthcoming, and explained to us best and worst case scenarios. Again, our previous experience with home inspectors has been different. We felt our last home inspector did a poor job of warning us of the issues we are currently experiencing. If we had an inspector like Cody, we would have been able to make a much more informed decision about our home.
