Whatever you do, do NOT hire this joke of a â companyâ . I have never experienced such disrespect, unprofessionalism, and blatant incompetence in a company. Iâ m convinced that every positive review online was written by the owner himself using fake accounts. I hired this company on 9/17/21 to do a simple tree trimming job. I spoke with Lamar directly, we agreed upon a fair price, I paid the deposit via Cashapp, and he said his guys would be on site same day. Once Lamar received my deposit, all of the issues began. The entire business day went by and I did not hear a word from Lamar or his â guysâ . I checked for an update and Lamar said his team would be on site first thing tomorrow. Sure enough, the exact same thing happened the next day. No call, no show. I called for an update, but Lamar ignored the call and texted me that the team got held up again. Same thing happened the next day and the day after that until I finally texted Lamar that I was becoming uneasy and asked to cancel the project / reimburse my deposit. Lamar completely ignored my refund request and just kept texting me â weâ ll take care of itâ . He was extremely dismissive, did not pick up any of my calls, and even his voicemail was full. He kept telling me his â guyâ was supposed to call me. He kept promising me that he would call me, that his â guyâ would call me, and that Iâ d get my refund. None of these promises were fulfilled. At this point, it was September 29th (almost 2 full weeks after he said heâ d have the job done). All of the sudden, he told me that his Cashapp would not allow him to refund my deposit (which I originally paid via Cashapp). This is where I lost a lot of patience and told him this was looking like a huge scam. I expressed my frustration with the process and with his company. Instead of empathizing with me like a competent business owner, Lamar decided it was a better idea to berate me and belittle me for being worried about my deposit. He took an extremely aggressive, sarcastic, and condescending tone with me, advising that it was a â jokeâ that Iâ d be worried about the status of my deposit. I was absolutely baffled by the lack of professionalism. We went back and forth for a while, and at one point he actually threatened me and said â Iâ ll deal with you.â He added that I was a â headacheâ to deal with and he took the opportunity to remind me that he didnâ t need me as a client anyway because he charged me too little (again, we negotiated a fair price based off of another quote I received). He told me to have fun paying double or triple with someone else. Good news is that I hired a much more reputable company and got the job done for $200 LESS what Lamar quoted me. Not only that, but this new company arrived the very next day after I called and scheduled the appointment. More good news is that after an agonizing amount of calls, texts, and threats to take him to small claims court, I finally got my deposit back in the form of a Cashierâ s check. Apparently other victims of Lamarâ s were not as lucky, based on the other negative reviews. Long story short, please I beg you NOT to hire this disgraceful company. I will be warning my friends and family about Kilmar Home Solutions, but I sincerely hope this review reaches as many people as possible. Since Iâ m sure Lamar will be replying to this review and attempt to discredit me as a â competitorâ , Iâ m attaching a series of text screenshots between me and Lamar directly. You can clearly see I was a trusting, hopeful, respectful consumer who just needed a simple job done. I admittedly lost my patience, but only once Lamar continuously lied to me, ignored me, made false promises to me, and essentially tried to scam me. Thank you!

They have not called me back and they. Started long enough to get a deposit, but have not come back to work and complete the job, totally unprofessional they are not keeping in touch with me, I have called them several times and they have not responded most of the time and when they do respond, its with an untrue statement: ** I am in a meeting** or **someone will be out today** and never showed up.
