Kilpatrick HVAC is my go to company for all things HVAC. They have replaced a few furnaces and air conditioners for me over the years. Mike and John are very good at what they do. Mike Kilpatrick was quickly responsive to my request for a quote and was competitive with other bids. Not only do both Mike and Jon do great work but they work very hard to leave the house as clean, if not cleaner than when they started the job. Project: Installed Central Air and New Furnace (took out old radiators in bottom unit) in 99 year old two-family home. Mike was easy and pleasant to work with and very responsive. Answered all our questions more than once. Mike worked well with my tenant. Very accomodating. Fantastic Job

replaced 2 air condenser units and came back and repaired a minor broken air handler repaired a air condenser unit. Very experienced, does not oversell me and I think the world of him.

I put in whole house air conditioning in a house I built 19 years ago. He helped size the air conditioner.Then during the install, they were accomodating due to circumstances with my family on when I could let them in.
