II highly recommend this team! They are polite, organized, thorough, and accommodating. We hired them to clean my 86-old father’s house, and they were more than happy to work around his needs. It was a pleasure having them in our home, and I will most definitely hire them again!

Very polite. What I noticed most about them (besides their awesome job cleaning) is that they work calmly. Other people we have used in the past seem to be moving frantically about, loud, banging around like a tornado whipping through your house. They also work well as a team, not just one person only doing wet work & the other doing dry. They do the extra things that most don’t do, wipe baseboards & windowsills, light switch & outlet plates, and even clean the couple of windows that the dog gets messy with her nose. I also like that they use Bona on our hardwoods instead of vinegar & water. Our house also had that ‘clean’ smell for days after, not bleach just a fresh scent. With others the smell was that day only& it was either vinegar or bleach smelling, not that it matters that much but it’s nice.

What they did was very well done.

I was not here when they cleaned, our house sitter was. They came when promised and did a thorough job.

My daughter, who is a very particular housekeeper, recommended Kim's Thorough Cleaning Service to me, and I have been "Thoroughly" satisfied with their excellent service for the past year and a half since moving to NC. We bought a new house, and have had their service since the day we moved in, and our house looks as good as when we moved in. Yes, I would highly recommend them, due to their fine cleaning abilities, their courteousness, and their professionalism.

We love Kim's Thorough Cleaning Service- just like their name states, they are very thorough!! We have been disappointed in housekeepers we've had over the past couple of years, but we struck gold with Kim's Thorough Cleaning! They have a great system instilled in their service, and are extremely hard workers. Plus, they are so friendly and personable and we love talking to them! If you hire them, prepare to come home to a sparkling clean house!

I have engaged Kim for maid services for almost 6 years now. They have always been courteous, diligent and very conscientious about their work. I have no complaints about their level of professionalism and trust them completely. More often then not, they will go over and beyond what they are promised and paid to do. They even let my dogs out for me and made sure that they are taken care of if I am not able to get home. I highly recommend Kim to all my friends and family looking for a maid service.

If I could give Kim more than 5 stars, I would! She really exceeded my expectations and I have high standards. I just afraid she will be so busy that I will lose her! She is fantastic - a perfectionist, serious about her work and very nice as well. I can't say enough good things about her and her service; I wish I was related to her; she's that special!

Kim had a challenge with my home and did a wonderful job. It took her much longer than anticipated, but she did not complain. Had I insisted, she would have only charged me the price she quoted originally. However, we both agreed that the extra time was worth extra money which I willingly paid. I am looking forward to see Kim at least once a month to continue the great work she has already begun.

Kim is very professional and has done a wonderful job with cleaning our house. We have two dogs (one being a Rottweiler) and she was 100% okay with us leaving them out in the house while she cleans. We are very fortunate to have found Kim and would recommend her to anyone. Delisa and Roger

They were excellent - I already giving her number to my friends.

Kim was great on the initial cleaning. The house never looked so good. She was here all morning. The second cleaning however was very disappointing. She took less than 2 hours and the ceiling fans were not cleaned, the baseboards did not appear to be dusted and the washroom floor was not scrubbed or at the very least not done well.

They went above and beyond. Best cleaning I have ever seen. They are friendly and polite. A pleasure to work with.
