About us
Residential Home Inspector serving New York and Pennsylvania. We specialize in antique homes and know how to properly inspect post & beam homes--some from the Revolutionary War era that are 300 years old! At a time when most inspectors tell their clients to stay away until the end of the inspection, we highly encourage our clients to attend the entire inspection and to engage with all their questions. This is because we don't just see ourselves as home inspectors, but as professional consultants. When defects or issues are found, we will fully explain them, and we'll explain what typical remediation techniques or options are. Your inspection is your opportunity to learn about the home you are considering buying. Everything prior to the inspection only highlights the good points and features of the home. We're trained to look deeper and further.

"This is not a real client. The first big clue is the word "violations" because [Provider Name Removed] does new build inspections which is primarily code inspection looking for code violations. I'm a home inspector who specializes in vintage and antique homes, which has very little to do with code. Literally zero of these homes meet modern code. The second big clue is the reference to the BBB, which is primarily a builder reference. We have zero new builds or housing developments in my entire region, and no home inspectors use or are listed on the BBB. Don't believe this nonsense. This is a social media attack from someone who targets me with lies in his posts. Here's the truth: [Link Removed] [Provider Name Removed], owner of [Provider Name Removed] in Phoenix, Arizona, engages in harassment, defamation, & unfair business practices that have caused significant harm to my business. For more than 2 years, he has used his social media presence, spanning over a million followers to target me with misleading and defamatory content. His videos contain false and damaging statements, including blatant lies, libel, and slander, which incite his followers to take harmful actions against my business. Over the last two months I have been subjected to a coordinated attack of fake negative Google reviews, which are severely impacting my business's reputation. Additionally, he has used his Google review responses to specifically name my company falsely claiming that I encourage others to leave him negative reviews. This is entirely untrue."
