We had an exceptional experience with Kind Home Painting. Their whole process is a well oiled machine! From the quote by Dylan, the initial walkthrough with Stephen (our PM) to the actual work and final walkthrough, we were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, attention to details, progress pictures, warranty, and pricing. The house looks great. The crew was so fast & efficient. I could not believe how quickly they worked as a team to prep/mask the house for paint, making sure they left no trace of their presence afterwards. I saw one crew member scrubbing a tiny spot of paint off our sidewalk with a scrub brush and water! They painted my house exterior faster than I could finish painting my guest bathroom vanity. I would not hesitate to hire them again and give them my highest recommendation. (We did not have them paint our deck as it's going to be replaced).

Repainted several small outside jobs: the wood peak above the garage door, front and back, the eaves, and trim. A lot of the areas were difficult to get to, being surrounded by trees and other structures. Also did a grape arbor which was covered by grape vines, and two rusty metal storm doors to my house. Turns out all of these were tricky to do, but I was extremely impressed by the painting team, led by Noe, who went through a LOT of prep work, and did a wonderfully thorough paint job and clean up, professionally and very congenially. I am extremely impressed. The job was managed by project manager Jeremy, who was wonderful: extremely pleasant, professional, detail oriented and complete. He did a job reconnaissance visit beforehand, managed scheduling in a timely manner around storms, and was on site at the beginning and multiple times during the project. The end result was better than I could have imagined, especially the ancient metal security doors, which now look brand new!

We had all the white interior trim (baseboards, doors, transoms and window frames) painted on the second floor of our 1906 house. The work was excellent and the staff were efficient and friendly. They were very respectful of things. The entire undertaking was as described, on time and as budgeted. Excellent communication throughout the project.

From sales through execution, our house-painting project could not have gone more smoothly. Every single person we interacted with was not just professional, but also pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. Seth walked us through the process, pricing, and warranty. Jenae was on top of the coordination, and was always available to answer a question or give an update. Terah took charge of project execution and we never felt lost, unsure, or like we didn't know what was going to happen next. The foreman, Carlos, ran his awesome team smoothly; the house was fully painted in one day and the job was meticulous. Everything was left tidy and neat. Could not be happier with how this all went.

Terah and painters were very considerate of me and my home and very conscientious with base, trim and accent colors. Very happy with their work and how good they were about cleaning up after the work was done.

We hired Kind for an exterior paint project last year and were so pleased with their work that we hired them again to stain our deck. They’re easy to work with and do fantastic work. Definitely recommend.

Really a wonderful experience! From the estimate to the walk-thru everything was professional and prompt. My project manager, Terah, made sure everything was coordinated and timely. Crew was great polite, efficient Never hesitated to ask question if they had One. The whole team did a walk around and were very open to even little things. Lea was awsome to work with had great suggestions. She had great confidence in her team and not afraid to show it.

We were so impressed with the job they did. From the sales person Crystal coming over and spending hours going over our home with a fine tooth comb and identifying all the areas that needed wood replacement. And Jeff our project manager was very attentive and communicative. We got two color consults because I stressed the color choice and both Lexi and Emma were awesome. The office manager Morgan was attentive and helpful. The painting crew leader Manny was extremely helpful. And the crew was courteous, clean, and they did the most impressive paint job. Our house looked like brand new. I have to say I was super stressed about the cost as the last time we painted was 12 years ago and as you can imagine cost increased quite a bit. But after seeing the job they did and having all the wonderful people involved, I would recommend Kind Homes Painting to anyone.

Todd, the project manager was wonderful, as he was extremely communicative and wanted to ensure the job was done very well. Antonio who headed up the actual Work team and his two helpers did a beautiful job and were extremely nice folks as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Kind Home Painting. From the sales, office, woodworkers, design consultant, painters and especially my Production Manager, Phillip Nguyen were excellent. Phillip was the most attentive Production Manager I have ever worked with. If I had a question, he had an answer. He was punctual and available and a man of his word. Kind home is a very professional company is every respect. Complete repaint and trim in one day. Tera set job up with a great crew that really knew what they were doing. This company is very thorough from bids ,schedules,communication walk through and final billing. This company does not require any down payment. When the job and walk about is completed then you pay the bill. They give u options on paint grades and if job needs wood replaced they can handle that too. I was a builder for 40 years and these guys are great. We are very pleased with the whole company. Really every one is so nice from estimator ,office ,job superviser and the painting and construction crew.

After Kind Home painting did an amazing job on the exterior of our home, we had them quote and complete an interior job, as well. The peak of our high ceiling showed flaws from the tape and texture coming loose. The Kind Home team taped and shielded our art and furniture, and then repaired the tape and texture before painting the whole ceiling. They did a stunning job and did a great job cleaning after the work.

What a great team! Our custom home passed eleven years in age and needed to be painted. The house has six colors and a relatively complex facade. Kind Home Painting provided a low-pressure quote with a long warranty, both significantly better than the competitive quote. The team did an amazing job, starting early in the morning to do minor repairs, prime, and tape. The team of 9 worked as a well-oiled machine, with the next crew following and spraying, and the next painting the trim. They were done with each task and did an amazing job cleaning up by end of business. The project manager reviewed all of the details with us and had a touch-up crew make a minor change to the trim at our request. Can’t beat the quality of the paint job, the quality of the paint itself, and the quality of the whole team, from sales to quote to project manager, to paint. I won’t need to call on them for a long time, but we heartily recommend them.

From the start to the very end, KIND was awesome to work with. I had a team of true professionals dealing with all the stages of my project. Amazed at how detailed all staff were completing various stages of a big exterior prep and paint! Justin in sales, Kate in office, Terrah project manager and Carlos crew foreman worked to coordinate scheduling, color decisions and financing options. The painting was relayed to my phone with real time camera feed! You would be hard to find a more competent Colorado company!

They were always on time, answered all questions, thorough, and most important they were all very friendly and respectful. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!
