I wish all home-improvement companies would follow in Kind Homeâ s example. They made sure all of my needs were met. They replaced rotting wood work and painted my homes exterior. Their communication and attention to detail made the whole process seamless. My house looks absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend.

From beginning to end, this project was perfect. The estimator explained, and taught me what to look for. I would say the same for the carpenter. The woodwork was double the estimators, but she could not see from the ground how extensive the damage was. Woodworkers came and did a remarkable job, along with some other little things they saw needed to be done. Painters came and did a great job. The project manager was in constant contact with me about schedule changes, and any other slight foreseeable problems. Before asking for payment the project manager asked if there was any problems, and he fixed them. This is a stand up company that holds to their every word. I enjoyed working with them, and will enjoy the awesome job they have done for many years to come.

The Kind Home personnel were very communicative and easy to work with. The painters kept us up to date on when theyâ d be at the house and when the carpenters would be working along with the gutter replacement. It was a rainy time of year yet the workers were all able to work around the weather. We chose Kind because of the competitive price, the 10 year warranty and the way all of the personnel seemed fully on board with our project.

We are first time homeowners and were daunted by the process of identifying a company to paint the exterior of our 1910 bungalow in need of some major TLC. Kind Home Solutions made the process so painless! They were prompt, professional, competent, fair and well....kind. :) We requested a price estimate online and were able to schedule a time for a walk-around within two days. Tom was fantastic and took the time to learn about our needs and priorities, walk us through the process, and provide us with a quote. Once the bid was signed, we confirmed colors, scheduled the service, and viola! two weeks later the painting crew was onsite and scraping, caulking, and painting away. Austin and the guys were courteous and hardworking. We could not be happier with the final product! We will definitely work with Kind Home Solutions again in the future, and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a company to paint the exterior of their home.

For less than most of the other paint contractors on this level, they provided a first rate prep and paint job with a 10yr warranty on both materials and workmanship. And when my wife decided she didn't like the color she chose, they offered to repaint for cost. The crew that came out were polite, efficient and fast. They left behind an immaculate work site.

We felt like we were in good hands from the estimate through the final walk-through. They were fast, efficient, and professional. The quality of work is top-notch with a great warranty. Just when we thought we were being picky with some touch ups we noticed before the walk-through, Chris, the project manager found every tiny detail, beyond what we had seen, needed to polish the job and make it perfect. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This was a great experience compare to the company who came in last year and painted the lower half of my interior. They ruin furniture and had to have them come back several times to complete the job.
