When the contractor visited me for the estimate I explained the problem with the unit - no cold air. I told him that the maintenance company I use had put coolant in about six months ago and was due out for a service call next week and couldn't come sooner and would not come for a service call without charging me. He said that was a long week. In Florida, yes. He said he'd have one of his men come that day to charge it up and try to get it to run. He did. He also gave me a service contract for a year twice as good as from the other company. He was more interested in helping me than selling to me right away! I'll buy from them!
