I have well water which i did not like the taste or looks of the water and would not drink it. Kinetico service rep came out (on time), tested the water and explained every step. Bought a water treatment system and already have the softener. Love both system and now I feel comfortable drinking my water! Very helpful and professional staff and a good value for the price.

We have had a Kinetico Water softener in our home since August 1994. It is still functioning well. Our water is now soft and without any smell. We live in an area of hard water and a sulfur/dirty smell. Kinetico taught us how to care for our system to keep it functioning this well. A quality product. Anytime we have issues they are there with prompt assistance. Their professionalism and knowledge are important to us as homeowners.

I have had Kinetico water treatment equipment in two houses and I can't image living without it! We live in an area with very hard water and have a LOT of iron. We now have specific equipment to take out the iron and all of the staining and odor is gone from our water. Fast service, professional and the technician went above and beyond to accommodate our requests during install. Highly recommend!
