The water was awful when we moved into our new home. The chlorine smell and taste was over bearing and it actually burned my mothers sensitive skin. We looked at a few companies before Kinetico, but as soon as we saw the system and the benefits, there was nothing we had previously seen that would come close. It's been in for about a year now and it is working wonderful. For a house of two, we have only added salt once. Probably one of the best investments we have made on the house.

We moved into a home in The Villages that had an electric water softener in it. It wasn't working and after having a tech out twice we figured, we would just replace it. The neighbor across the street recommended Kinetico, so we checked with them. Out of the 4 companies we looked into, they were the second highest with their best option which is non-electric. They had a few "budget friendly" options as well, but they were electric like everything else out there. Factoring in the price, the quality, the company, the guarantee and the warranty, we went with Kinetico. Very happy that we did! Everyone from the installer to the office lady's was helpful and friendly. Best part is that we never have to worry about the system because it's not electric. If the clock goes out or there is a surge, no issues here. Very happy, and our neighbor who has had hers for about 12 years still loves hers. Definitely worth the little bit extra for the quality.

I owned a Kinetico in my home for 11 years in NY before moving to Lady Lake, FL. Called Kinetico to come out for a price quote on my new home and explain the newest system. Got the 2060 softener installed and we couldn't be happier. Installation was quick and painless and the rest of their team was great. Have had it installed for about 9 months. No complaints.

I recently moved into my dream home in Ocala, but the water was horrible. My next door neighbor referred me to Kinetico since their family had it. George came out and tested the water. He was very thorough in the testing and then explained what they could do for it. I was little shocked at the price it was $4390.00 for the whole house system and another $800 for under the sink. After he left I went back to my neighbors and she told me all about her system and how she had ran through two water softeners from Sears and then after 17 years the Kinetico was still going strong, removing her iron and has rarely needed service, I also found that another 3 neighbors on my street had it installed because it's the only system that can remove all of the iron. After the rave reviews I knew the system had to be worth it so I had it installed. I dont know about you, but after moving into a new home, our saving wasnt...up to par and after talking to George he suggested I finance the system through their water treatment finance company. It's less than $80 a month which really helped! Harry came out and installed my system and he was sweet as he could be. Very gentleman like and great worker! I have had my system for about three months now and its the best improvement we have done to the home! P.S. You know its good when your 11 year old brags to her friends how great the water feels on her hair! Kinetico has truly been a blessing!

Wow! It has been a long time since I have worked with a company who cares so much about the customer. I called for a free water test and they came out that day! The young lady who came out dint pressure me to buy, she just informed me of the Kinetico and how they compared to "traditional" electric systems. I then got quotes from 3 other water companies including Culligan, Eco and Best Water. They were all pretty close in price...but their systems weren't even close to what Kinetico was offering. The techs came out and installed the Kinetico within a few days and I have loved it ever since. That was about 5 years ago! Never had an issue! They dont bombard me with phone calls or upgrades and they dont require yearly maintenance like all the other companies do AND its the most efficient system on my Village! I see the Culligan trucks driving through once a month delivering salt, HA! I add salt maybe once a year. All my neighbors are furious now that they paid about as much as I did and they got a far less superior product. Way to go Kinetico! You guys are the best! After having this system installed, I can confidently say I will NEVER buy anything else. Spend the $$$ its worth it! I love my Kinetico in the Villages!
