I’m a Denver‑based certified interior designer and Realtor with 20+ years of experience helping clients elevate their homes through thoughtful, value‑driven design and organization. Organization jobs from $45 per hour Design jobs from $75 per hour (3 hour minimums) Process- 1. Friendly intro Phone call and schedule time to meet at your location. 2. Please send me photos prior to meeting. 3. At initial consultation we will talk through your ideas and goals, sign agreement and I’ll take measurements and photos. $75 for initial consultation. 4. I’ll follow up with a recap and next steps/potential renderings/recommendations. 5. We collaborate and the fun begins Payment via Venmo or Zelle
