King Contracting

He has not finished anything, he is sloppy. He does things and does not pick up after, there are things all over. It is messy, I can say that. He does not care how difficult it is to not have a kitchen for 3 months, I text him to come and install pipes for kitchen, he did not answer so I had to have someone else come and do it. I would text him, he would say he would be here and never would show up.

We hired Adam to install our unground pool as well as construct our pool house adjacent to the pool. Adam was responsive and transparent throughout the process. He took time to answer all of our questions and was creative in his design. He used high quality products and went above and beyond to ensure optimal results. We couldn’t be happier with our outdoor space and are so thankful for King Contracting making our space a backyard oasis!

Adam is a really nice guy who does not know what he is doing. He took my initial deposit and did not do any work for about a month on my project. Once the new year started he would show up once or twice a week for 3-4 hours. His inability to work on schedule delayed the electrical, plumbing and installation by at least 6 weeks. The work that was done was 50/50 but like I told him he was not there enough. I was willing to pay Adam to leave my job after taking 8 weeks to level the floors, build a firewall, replace 10 windows and do a small amount of framing. I was more than willing to pay him to leave but what really upset me was the actions he took today. After putting the building permit I paid for in his name I had to reapply for a building permit. His team rode by my project numerous times and called the building inspector in an effort to get my project shut down. The windows they installed are leaking, the framing is not complete and of course, after I paid for him he will no longer respond to any texts. If you do decide to work with him do not give him any money upfront, get receipts for everything materials he buys, and do not pay him until the inspectors have signed off on the work he has done and ask how many days he will be there actually working on your project. I have pictures and text message exchanges to verify all of my claims.

King Contracting was very responsive and provided a quality service. I would recommend King Contracting to others.
