Safe Appliance Repair

Amuq was very knowledgeable about the product (2 year LG top loader washer) I had called LG and they told me it was a load balance issue. Amuq diagnosed it quickly (torn pump house). He found the party and was able to repairs it same day. I also had him clean the dryer. I do a lot of laundry and both are working better than ever! I would definitely recommend them!

I told Ahmed that my washing machine was off-balance and my loads were not spinning. He told me the lid lock was broken and thats what was the problem. He repaired the lid lock which cost me over $400. I contacted him after He repaired the lid lock and told him that my machine was still not working properly and he told me The loads I was washing were too large. Here it is months later, and the problem was never fixed with the off balance on the spin cycle I asked him to fix. Since then, I have made all my loads, very small and almost nothing spins to completion! Why on earth would a machine that used to do large loads all of a sudden need to be small and still not work properly? I will not use this company ever again nor will I ever suggest this company to anyone else rather I will compel them to use a different company . They did not fix the problem and they made it my fault as if I was doing something wrong . I had been using this machine for 3 1/2 years and never had a problem. Then all of a sudden I have this problem and he canâ t fix it and blames me for it. I went on YouTube and discovered that this seems to be a problem with the suspension rods which if he wouldâ ve listened to me, he could have fixed my machine and had a client for life.

Ahmad was great and provided amazing service. He diagnosed the issue with my washer, explained it to me in detail including why it was worth fixing the washer as opposed to buying a new one. He identified the part I needed, drove to pick it up and came back and fixed my unit all within a two hour time frame. He ended the visit by educating me on how to get the most out of my washer to prolong its usage over time. Highly recommend working with him.

Very nice, responsible, and financially fair service contractor. Best one in a while and would hire SAFE APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICES anytime we have an appliance issue in the future. Oh, they do all appliances but vacuums. Service Repair person was fabulous, but didn't leave anything with his personal name. Darn!

DO NOT call these guys. Ahmed came out to fix my microwave. He did not fix the microwave and ended up breaking the oven. Now I have to purchase a new combo system that will run me about $3,500- $4,000 right before Christmas too! I wish I would have NEVER let these guys come to our house.
