He was able to schedule an appointment quickly and was on time. He did a thorough job and made excellent suggestions on what was needed. Would recommend him anytime.

I feel he was very fair and honest. We have red clay and our house is moving. He told us we might want to wait a bit to see if it will correct itself , he also informed us what we need to do if it does not correct itself.

Shane was very professional

Shane made a report on a roof that helped settle a claim dispute. His report was concise and accurate which is exactly what we needed.Will definitely use in the future.

Communication with Shane was done only by phone. However, he conducted his inspection on time, gave a quote for the inspection and stood by it, no surprises. Shane inspected what I asked, and returned valuable information on the construction of the home in terms I could understand. He also supplied me with a written report, in a timely fashion.
