Concrete Foundation Installation
I was very happy with the new foundation, it was over 100 years old. I didn't need to be the watch guard at any time, they came and did the work. Most of all I was scared that my house would never be right. Mr. King and His two sons were always kind enough to respond to my every question. This was painless contracting. Price was right and,they knew exactly how to rebuild my home. Thanks so very much.

Septic System Installation and Replacement
They had to use my brothers tools to do the job. No material nor ladder. They busted 2 water pipes.

"We apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused by this job. However this is not a septic system repair or replacement, and should not have been titled as such. This was 2 pvc pipes to be replaced under a sink, it had nothing to do with the septic system at all. We shouldn't of taken this lead, but it was our fault for accepting. This is not to be confused with a septic system repair. We did have the material that was need when the job that was discussed, but when we went on said job, it was different then discussed on he phone. We did the best we could with what we had. Ladder was not needed to complete job. Job was completed and a major discount was added for the miscommunications on our side. We do apologize, but were misinformed of why we had this lead under septic system repair."
