We had King George Plumbing install an industrial strength sump pump 9 months ago, and it performed great up until a week ago. For some reason the pump started running continuously without shutting off. After calling KGP, they promptly scheduled Danny to come out to investigate the issue. He quickly uninstalled the system; identified and fixed the problem; and then reinstalled the pump system. It is now working like a charm. What surprised me was that when I received the bill, we were NOT charged anything for the rework. We've been using KGP for years, and what impresses me is that stand behind quality work. In this rare event where a rework was needed, I was not double charged for it. Thank you KGP!

I am on a service plan with them, and they are VERY responsive. They come out 3 times a year to check everything. It is a worry free type service. They are very professional. They explain everything. Nothing is done, unless it is explained and approved.

I have used King George both for a major sewer line repair and now a central AC repair. On BOTH occasions, Brenda at the front office was completely helpful and accommodating. Both repairs were in emergencies on an older home/property, and yet both repairs were conducted skillfully, timely, and cost-effectively. Appreciate the professionalism of this company.

The service rep was fantastic. He suggested a fix that could have been done a few years ago, and he quickly replaced a copper pipe with a synthetic pipe which won t burst if water freezes within it.

Very responsive. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable.

He has done a lot of work for me. When he worked in my home he caused a serious amount of damage in my home without telling me about it. He hit a pipe and thought he'd caught it but it caused $3,000 worth of damage. He didn't properly hook up equipment in my shower. His people aren't equip to handle this type of work. My wife and I spent $65,000 on a bathroom remodel and only half our shower valves work; Chuck installed the drainage system in our tub and it wasn't properly installed and we had to reinstall it ourselves. It was a nightmare!
