    So far, I had (1) service performed. The service was fabulous! I was surprised. The other company that I had that serviced Indian Trail ( I won't mention the name of the company) because it may not be the company but the one that serviced my area in Indian Trail. They came (3) or (4) times to no avail. I feel that King Green will do much better than the other company. I feel that they will.

    I have only interacted with this company once, and did not talk to the other company at all (King of Green got to me first). I hired them because their response was quick, and their knowledge to answer my questions was easy to understand and full of good information. The man who did my first spray was delightful to talk to and very efficient with his spraying job.

    I had this company service and seed my lawn. After they completed their service, I contacted them to come to my home to look at the large bald spots that were uncovered. After over two months of begging that they come out, I was told that my expectations were higher than their service covered. They have yet to come to look at the problem.

    "We are always sorry when people are disappointed with our services but there are many things that are simply out of our control. As with any landscaping endeavor, a lot depends on Mother Nature. The thin areas mentioned are by trees where grass always has a tough time. This was brought to the customers attention more than once. The timelines mentioned do not agree with what we have recorded in our system. The customer called over Four Months after the seeding was done. The seeding itself was done late because the customer pushed back the dates we assigned them twice taking us all the way into November (when the seeding is not guaranteed). The instructions left with them clearly state that they needed to call before the end of December if they thought they needed more seed or had concerns and that we really could not add seed after that. Despite that, after they called in mid-February, we went out to inspect the lawn and agreed to add seed in March. That seed is actually coming in well everywhere but around the trees. The first ticket to inspect the lawn came in on a Wednesday and we were on the lawn the following Monday, not "Months later". Further, a manager was again on the lawn 18 days later to add seed when it made agronomic sense. Management again was on the lawn about 20 days later, at the customer's request, to see how the seed was coming in. We are a terrific lawn care company but even we cannot defeat nature's rules!"
