Had a gutter come loose. It was installed by someone else. King Guttering came the same day that I called. Quickly found the issue and also identified a slope issue. Repaired both in less than 30 minutes. He did not charge me as he considered it a small repair. I still gave him something for his time. Recommend.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, THE ONLY CONCERN WAS THEY BROKE 2 OF MY WINDCHIMES, AND FLAG HOLDER. WAS DISCOVERED AFTER THEY FINISHED AND LEFT. WORKERS SAID NOTHING, THATS WHAT BOTHERED ME MORE THAN ANYTHING.

All I thought I needed were downspouts, but it turns out if I hadn't had Kacey and his crew check out my guttering system I would have ended up just replacing the downspouts. Once the guttering was replaced, I realized how old my gutters were. We had our first major rainstorm and so far I'm impressed with how well the new guttering system worked Albeit I told Kacey that I will need to have diverters in place for a spot or two where the rain comes crushing down the valley roof, and I'm sure he will be back to add that on. The crew was efficient and prompt while at work. The price too was very good, no reason to look elsewhere.

They were very prompt ,called less than a week ago and the gutters are on . Very quality job and they let you choose your color choices. Would highly recommend.

The job was not complete in 1st day. I asked for all wood-rot to be repaired during the job and yet there were sections that had not been repaired. Therefore, the crew had to return multiple times. The overall cost of the job was fine. However, the hassle of not having the job done right on the first pass was an issue.

These guys weren't the least expensive but they offered 4X5" downspouts which I have had before and never have had a problem with gutter run-over.

The Good: The owner (Casey) has been doing guttering for most of his adult life. With that experience he brings to the table a vast wealth of knowledge. He is willing to listen to the homeowner's needs and make suggestions to how best to acquire them. I was also impressed with his personal warranty on installation wherein if there was any problems they would come back out and fix it. The affordability is outstanding. I was expecting to pay almost double for the amount of work I needed done. The installers were efficient and organized. They were willing to make corrections due to miscommunication as well as provide feedback for best scenarios for keeping water away from the foundation. I really enjoyed watching them work. The Bad: As with all contractors, sometimes it is inevitable that issues will arise wherein a job takes longer than needed as a result of mistakes or equipment failure. My original date was postponed due to equipment failure putting the installers behind. The rescheduled date was postponed again due to another homeowner increasing the amount of work desired than was originally set. This only bothers me due to my somewhat obsessiveness for being prompt. I feel that better time management and communication could help alleviate the tension for people like me. When the day finally came (Third time's the charm, right?) I arrived on location around 10:30 where they had all of the gutters already removed (nice surprise that alludes to the efficiency of the crew I mentioned earlier). I was a little dismayed in looking at the material on the site noticing that it was not the color I ordered. Luckily the owner was on site as well and after discussion and reminding; he went and acquired the correct material. While he was gone, I noticed that there was no Gutter Guards. One of the crewmen told me that Casey told him that I didn't want them. Needless to say, he had to call Casey to correct that misunderstanding...I did want them. When Casey returned with all of the correct material and the Gutter Guards; the crew began work. Well, attempted to at least. One of the bolts on their forming machine seized up while they were changing out a template and ended up striping out the bolt (or breaking it off). So, they had to travel a decent distance to obtain a different machine that was already set up for the size I was having installed. Around 13:45, the crew made it back with the former and finally began work. They wasn't able to finish it all by the time their day was done (they were also shorted a few components anyway); so they arrived the next morning to finish up (including installing the gutter guards). Overall: The product is great, the crew was great, the initial consultation was great. I would highly recommend them despite some shortcomings. Improvement is definitely needed in the management and organizational areas to make this small company top notch. Writing things down on the order such
