We had this company out to repair our furnace. The man named John who came out with Justin, the guy who was doing the work, John was making weird inappropriate comments the entire time. He was a strange looking person and he was behaving oddly. I wrote a review on Yelp and the response from the business is that they were never here and do not service my area. I then uploaded several pictures of the repair estimate, the amount paid etc. for public view, with the review. There address Oak Forest is 10 minutes away from Worth IL. I live near the Chicago Ridge Mall. They service south suburbs as Worth, Oak Lawn, Orland Park etc are all within the same distance. Very bad conduct culture etc.

From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The cost was a little more than I had expected, but the reason was explained to me in detail and I was satisfied with the explanation and that the cost was justified. I don’t mind paying for service when it’s necessary. Good job guys/gals. When necessary, you will be hearing from me again.
