It was all I could have expected and so much more. Their reponse was fast and they had some here the very next day to service the pool. I thought I was happy with my other pool service but Neptune WAS SO MUCH BETTER. My pool is crystal clear and I do like my service person, Eric. I found Chris a delight to deal with. Although I've only had Neptune for approx 2 weeks I would recommend them to my best friend. THANK YOU. I did love your service as well. All three companies did contact me and I'm happy I chose Neptune. Thank you again, Judy Stolman

Swimming Pool Heaters Repair or Service
They were here fpr 5 minutes and said they lit the pilot light and it was all fixed. Ten minutes after they left it was not working and I was unable to light it again myself. It still is not working. The good thing was they showed up right away
