Brent was outstanding he did a great job and very particular and his work was outstanding. Short notice to call and get him and he did a great job. I highly recommend using them.

Requested a 20% deposit, did not show up to begin work as promised, no communication for one week. Then said we are in breach of contract because we had to move forward and refund is non-refundable per contract.

No work done after deposit given. Contractor stated that he had a back injury so we were forced to have another contractor start the job but offered him to do other parts of the job we contracted with him to so when he recovered. He stated we breeched the contract and would do no work and keep our deposit. We waited from the 9th of April when he cashed our check and he made excuses when we were lucky to get a response.

My service was exceptional, we made the appointment and he delivered as he promised.

After a few delays, Brent King arrived to install a sliding glass door. The door was not properly installed, squared and attached to the house, nor did it close properly and latch. He promised to properly repair it on his next visit to do some dry wall work for me. The drywall work was never completed and he never installed the door properly. I had to pay another man $300 to do the work properly. When asked if he was going to return the $350 I had already paid him, he refused. I would not hire this man to do any work for me and I recommend anyone thinking of hiring this mad to seriously think your decision over!

Brent King was not only accommodating, he was professional and expedient. Will be saving Brent's number for future projects and excited to work with him again.

I would highly recommend King Painting and Renovations for any home improvement project that you may need. Brent, did an excellent job and even went above and beyond what I had asked for just to be sure that everything looked professional. He is very cost effective, and responded quickly to my text or emails, which I really appreciated!

Brent worked half a day and never called or showed up the following day to finish the job as he promised. My husband and I tried to call and text him many times without success. He called us 3 days later to say he was coming Monday. I told him not to bother, I had hired somebody else. A professional does not just ghost a client for any reason. They call if they cannot make their scheduled appointment. We were very disappointed.

The owner, Brent, was very professional and very timely. He cleaned everything at the end and it was pristine. I was very impressed with the interior and exterior work and craftsmanship. I plan on working with him again on various projects.
