"Customer has been contacted and arrangements made to rectify any remaining concerns. The customer chief concern is water pooling in the backyard between multiple duplex units. With all of the rainfall we have been getting for weeks the basement is bone dry due to the work we did. All of the cracks have been sealed professionally and the sump pump installed to keep water flow away from the home. The area where she is concerned with water pooling is where our piping for the sump pump is not directed to but instead a poorly graded area that was in that state before the work began."
