Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
King Rooter lined a section of drain from my house to the main sewer in the street. The section was originally clay pipe that had cracked, and was invaded by roots that blocked the flow. The King technicians showed me the problem on a camera, and explained the options. Lining was the least expensive, because there was no need to excavate the yard to remove and replace the pipe. The crew arrived on time, with the liner assembled and ready to install. Throughout the job Jeff, the owner, described what they were doing, and why. They used a new technique that applied ultraviolet light to cure the epoxy, and finished in under four hours. The crew worked efficiently throughout, cleaned up the work area before leaving. There were no unexpected problems, and the estimated cost was accurate. I give my unqualified recommendation to King Rooter for this type of work.

Jeff and crew saved us from a nightmare of a Valentineâ s Day freeze. They were the only service with same-day availability and thank goodness cause weâ d been without water for a few days. Turns out, we had 1 pipe burst (without even realizing it) along with multiple leaks from this recent freeze. The biz owner was so respectful and just went over and beyond for us; from his careful cuts into basement drywall to the meticulous cleanup afterward... we are just so impressed with todayâ s service and will only be calling King moving forward. The service is deceptive. They say that can come out and fix a unique problem and in fact they made the problem worse. They came up with excuses when we called and asked them to send someone out. When contacted again he told me that I did not give them enough time to send someone out meanwhile the toilet was leaking into the wall.

Installation was very quick, perhaps too quick. Had to call installer back after he left because of a leaking pipe. However, it was corrected within a few hours of my call. Everything's fine now. Good value, knowledgeable installer and good customer service.

The two plumbers that did the work were real pros. The house is 110 years old! They listened to what repairs needed to be done and with diligence and skill got the job done.

King Rooter was the first to respond to my emergency request. They were very friendly, courteous , and professional; and were able to schedule my repair the same day. The technician, Brian, arrived promptly at the time they said he would! He was knowledgeable and very friendly He examined the issue, provided an estimate, and got to work! The cost was affordable and the work completed in a timely manner! I would highly recommend them!

Got a quote then it went up upon start of work.I was a license carrying plumbing contracted and feel a quote is a standing price. There were exceptions that were spelled out but I feel that if a job is his at a certain time and it takes longer that is the price of doing business.If it took less time do I get a refund???
