The vanity was custom built to our requested specifications and was done with high quality workmanship. The materials and craftsmanship is top notch. The drawers and cabinet doors have the slow close mechanism that adds an extra special touch.

Matthew was a pleasure to work with from our initial meeting. He listened to our ideas, made suggestions, provided detailed options, and was very flexible as we iterated throughout the design process. We could not be happier with the outcome! He’s also incredibly kind and was very easy to work with - communication and flexibility was great! The photos show the after - he replaced the lower cabinets with new, larger cabinets that have a drawer, and build the entire bench with three drawers and got us the custom cushion. The functionality of this has been a game changer!

King-Varchmin construction was contracted to design and construct custom Hickory cabinets and shelving for our kitchen and pantry within a galley kitchen. We chose a sage color stain accent for several end panels and upper kitchen cabinets to add a pop of color. Matt worked with us, the homeowners, to consider our suggestions and preferences and incorporate these ideas into their final design. Project work was completed and installed in stages with home owner to keep the kitchen, old portion and new, useable during the staged build out. Matt performed quality work. He was punctual, reliable, and completed work on time. He was very helpful to help guide us together to find the best solutions to meet our needs. Matt additionally helped us to install pre finished Hickory wood floors in our son's room together with stained oak base boards. We plan on hiring King-Varchmin construction for our next two projects to replace wood floors in the remaining bedrooms of our home.
