"This customer violated our contract and therefore her project was not completed. She hired our subcontractor to do side jobs while he was being paid by me. So instead of allowing the crew to do what I was paying them to do she had them doing side jobs at a discount. Furthermore she felt it necessary to spend outrageous amounts of time sitting on the back porch and inviting the crew to engage in conversation. Instead of allowing the crew to concentrate on working she had them gathered around her like it was story time at the public library. There were times I would tell the crew to get back to work and she would tell them it is ok, come back and work some more tomorrow. She distracted the crew by trying to get discounted additions done behind my back. She distracted the crew because she required extra attention. After all that she had the nerve to wonder why the project was not being completed on time. She conspired with my subcontractors to both waste time and steal from the company. The subcontractor has been fired and this customer has been banned from doing business with our company. I take responsibility for hiring a crew that would allow themselves to be distracted. I solved the problem by firing them. It was not enough that I accepted the job at a 45% discounted rate after she complained about finances. It was not enough that I removed additional trees in the front yard at no cost to help her out. It was not enough that I had to call techs to do work after hours because at times "she just couldn't wait". she still felt it necessary to conspire with my subcontractor to try and steal from the company. yes the customer is correct in that her project was never finished. When customers steal from the company or violate the contract we cut ties with them. That is our policy and that policy will never change as long as I am the owner of this corporation. All honest customers are welcomed and will receive excellent service as can be seen by the other comments left here. in the words of Paul Harvey "now you know the rest of the story!!!""
