Kingdom Home Ventures, LLC

They came when scheduled and did a professional job

Fast quote and onsite and installed the following week.

Quick Quote and installation 3 days later. Great team.

Daniel is the Sales guy who comes out. The owner does not get involved. He keeps making excuses that his wife has cancer so he has not shown up to 3 scheduled meetings. They used a person that drink on the job and have background issues. There is no supervision from a licensed person. I guess they operate under the owners license. This is a very dangerous practice and puts a homeowner at a great liability. Kingdom will not come out and fix their shoddy work. Apparently, a section of the gutter was not needed, so the old gutter was removed. Since it was removed that left the rafters open to not being protected from water drip. I asked for a wood fascia and metal drip guard to be put where the removed gutter left exposed rafters ends. The fascia was not painted well, basic spray paint ends of wood were exposed. The board is at a different height in the middle so it does not look aesthetically pleasing. They also left a downspout off and took the piece from my property even though I paid for it to be installed. Metal drip guard is missing in many sections, poorly fastened spots to the rafter tails, and not sealed properly joints. It has been a month since the original job started and is still not completed. I tried to contact Daniel about this, and I guess he is busy. Save yourself and stay away from them unless you want a nightmare like what I am going through.

Daniel was on time and did an excellent job!

I asked Danniel to return to fix a minor issue. He responded immediately and fixed it the next business day as promised.

There were a couple hiccups but Danielâ s professionalism shined through and he made sure the job was done and that we were happy.

They did a great job.
