Kingfish Pool Service, LLC

Called them to clean my pool that became green. They charged me a huge amount of money but they could clean it only after I had to floc it. So, I did... they came, they tried to clean it, not clean. They said "we can pass another day, but you have to talk with customer service" They wanted to charge me more for them to come back. Just an awful experience. Not recommended. You are better off on your own. ps. The pool was not dark green, it was light green. I learned how to do it and I did. Didn't take much.

I was told the re-plastering process would take two days. It took 22 days. Many days would pass without any communication from Kingfish. Plaster looks nice, but it is very rough in many areas, even on areas where you'd think they would make sure it was smooth, like steps, swim out seat and spa seats. Two areas of rust stains were not repaired the way I was told they would be, until I pointed it out. Then they were properly repaired. Floor drains of spa and pool were left completely clogged with plaster and Bond Kote primer. They had to come back days later and use a water jet to blast out plaster and primer overflow. Several of the waterline tiles were chipped during the demo phase and had to be replaced. Fortunately I had saved some from the build 14 years ago. I have several splatters of plaster on my tile, coping stones, and pool deck.

Very curtious, explained everything they would be doing. Picked up any trash or debris they made, and finished when they said they would. Waiting for Tech to come back to finish checking out electrical connections. They have been great. Will use them again.

Window for arrival of service tech was pretty wide. Was told "Afternoon arrival" but tech came at around 5:30. Quality of service was excellent.

The technicians were great. There is little communication break down in the office.

I've been waiting 7 days for them to give me an estimate. I paid their technician $150 deposit for the evaluation of my hot tub problem and have yet to receive my estimate. I'm not sure I want this company to do the work if this any example of their service.

They are clearly experts in their field my only complaint was that I had an appointment which they missed and didn't call to reschedule. I had to call and reschedule it myself.

Actually, I had hired them before contacting HomeAdvisor. They replaced a pump motor immediately and were honest in their handling of a pool leak. They repaired that as well very quickly.
