Chris King inspected my chimney on Dec 20th. He said it needs to be refurbished. Made an appt for Dec. 21st between 8:00-9:00. Received a call from Terry. He said he would be here around 12:30 because he was running behind. I did not hear from them again. I called Chris King on Jan. 4th. He said he tried to contact me! (He called me before and had the correct phone number). On the 4th he told me he would be here around lunch time to do the job. I haven't heard from him! The money I paid him was supposed to go toward the price to have the chimney refurbished. Now, I'll have to pay someone else to inspect it in order to have it taken care of.

Chris was able to get out to us very quickly while other places had a long wait. His rates were also much more reasonable, and he did some custom piping work by himself. We were very pleased with our service and will use him again in the future.

The technician, Chris, was very professional and polite. He did quick work and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. I was matched with two companies and the other company was going to charge $150 to come out while this company only charged $89 to come out and, because it was an easy fix, he did not charge me any more on top of that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future if I need this type of work again! It was great!!
