Heat Pump - Install or Replace
I couldn't change the project type, but we had an AC unit and Furnace installed instead of a heat pump. Very satisfied with the work. Despite it raining off and on all day of the install they got it done quickly. They could have spent more time showing me how the new thermostat worked since it has some advanced features, but other than that it was a perfect install.

Central Air Cleaner Service
This is the second time we have used King's Mechanical to install an air conditioning system.The first time was the lower one, and now the upper unit. From the fair quoted price to the set up of the installation, all went without any issues in a timely and professional manner. I will continue to use King's Mechanical without question.

Could have cleaned up inside the house better. Block pieces and some sheet metal left and was not hauled away from inside the crawl space.

We have lived in this home for 7 years now. The air conditioning has never been this cool in the past 7 years. I made the phone call to Service Magic. It seemed only a few minutes that a very pleasant young lady from Kings Heating and A/C informed my wife and I that Brad was finishing up on a call in the next town over from Wake Forest and he would be at my house in less than 20 minutes. He sure was. He did his trouble shouting in a minimum amount of time. Had the air back on over a Holiday weekend, and cooling the home down in record time. I would highly recommend Kings Heating and A/C company.

King's sent Larry one of their technicians out the next day to look at our A/C unit. He diagnosed the problem and had cold air flowing quickly. He was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others. Ask for Larry, he was great.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
I used King's Mechanical to service a heat pump that was not working correctly. The service was very professional. The repair person quickly found that the heat pump was simply low on refrigerant. Once the refrigerant was charged up to the correct pressure, the heat pump worked as good as new.

JR and Robbie had my unit out and the new one installed in a day...a very long and hot day for them. Their main concern was to have the unit started before they left so that my family could be comfortable in the heat. They accomplished that in a manner that was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend their services for any HVAC need.
