The A/C equipment is very unreliable and they do not respond to servicecalls

ALL THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE DURING THEIR ENTIRE TIME IN MY HOME.

Danny was professional and delivered as promised and on time. He also provided suggestions which he did not have to go out of his way as we are under a major home renovation. Nice family business. Was happy t be able to hire a local business owner!

They were extremely prompt in following up for an appointment. They were careful to educate me about the project and worked with my budget. They came as scheduled and completed the project on time. Misters Chris and Dan Romano were consumate professionals. They were extremely careful and considerate of my home in the clean up. it was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them without reservation.

Dan and Chris were great. Very professional, went straight to work after agreed price. Worked very hard with no breaks. Good job. Just having a little trouble contacting afterwords, but I think it may be a phone glitch on their end. Will follow up once I can contact them about having backroom calibrated cooler. (the room is naturally warmer than the rest of the house even before AC install) I would recommend them, easy to deal with and nice guys!

I read all the reviews before I hired Dan. The reviews sounded too good to be true...however, they were. We were so pleased with their work. They came and went straight to work. I was impressed when he came to the house before we hired him, because, he checked out the situation thoroughly by going into the attic and taking apart the compressor outside. Both Dan and his brother worked non stop and were very professional and neat. I would highly recommend them. We are totally satisfied with the job he did for us. Just had the guys @ KPHAC install a two zone A/C system in my house. The layout of the house proved challenging for " traditional" install. Dan was able to come up with a good way to get the job done. Install went smoothly (very clean during install) and was completed in 2-days. Can't wait for the HOT weather to arrive.

As a senior citizen, having confidence in a contractor is paramount. I felt like they were my sons. They did a great job removing and installing a new furnace and central air conditioner and were very receptive to all my requests.
