On time, honest, ran into some problems with the installations (we went ahead and replaced both our water heaters) no extra charges. Very happy!

Highly recommend this company. Our water heater went out over the weekend and we called King plumbing for assistance. They would have been there that day if it wasn't for their supplier being closed. We had two other companies give us quotes for hundreds more than King. They took the time to compare quotes with the other companies and tell us what was truly needed. Even though the work ended up being more labor intensive than imagined, they still stayed true to their quote. You can tell this company has high integrity. Will definitely use again!

Mr. King is an experienced plumber who was able to answer all my questions over the phone and also gave an estimated quote over the phone after I described the location and size of my current water heater. The team he brought were equally experienced and showed great personality and customer interaction. They started and completed the work at the time promised. I only have positive things to say about Kings Plumbing.

King's plumbing quoted my water heater install without having to come out and inspect first. Other plumbing companies wanted to charge me $35-50 just to come out and do the quote. The installation was not easy, and King's didn't try to charge me extra when it took a little longer than expected. I am very happy with the experience.

did not stand behind his work. After 3 months his work did not hold up and he refuses to repair his $1,6000 job.. He has NO warranty on his work..... I DO NOT recommend him to any one!!! A waste of your money and time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were very efficient and did very good. They came from Thorny and I am in Richardson, that is a long distance. Most companies only deal with homes in there immediate area. The company said anytime someone has an emergency he will try and help them. That meant a lot to me. He called in the evening and said he would come out the following morning at 9am and was very responsive. He was prepared to do what was needed and provided estimate right away. He allowed us to decide what we wanted to do. He came prepared to start working and dug right in. It only took them 4 hours to complete the project and all has worked fine ever since. I have already referred this company to others. They were reasonably priced and very professional and almost immediate response to my emergency.

Derrell has worked very hard figuring out the best direction for me to go since we are building about a 1000 ft off the road our water pressure was terrible. He finally found the perfect water pump that will give us the perfect pressure.

As frustrating as a water heater going out is King Plumbing made it easy. They were able to come out the next day, accommodate my schedule so I didn't have to leave early from work. They were even nice enough to call me and let me know they were running a little late. They were very professional and made sure to prep the work area so that nothing got dirty. Water heater has been working great.
