I am sending in this review because the first one I wrote right after the job was done did not get posted! Kings Plumbing installed a new water heater a year and a half ago, after we discovered the old one leaked. He came over very quickly in the evening, and we had the new heater installed the next day! Got a good price for a larger heater than the old one, Made in the US! Installation went smoothly. One and a half years later, heater works fine, no problems. Donnie even helped clean our water softener, no extra charge, and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Donnie was great! He did a thorough job and came back when I suspected a gas leak (which I did have and he fixed ASAP). Very courteous and quick service.

He was on time, wrote down my list and gave me a price. Not just an estimate but an actual price. He was neat about not leaving a mess for me to clean-up. The only thing that I thought was a bit pricy was the repair of the leaky toilets. He replace the black flap on 2. Took the flaps with him, made a trip to the supplier and return to replace them. Also, got a part for the shower. He removed the mineral deposits and cleaned up the stopper. It took just 2 hours to make these repairs. If I have something major happen, I will probably call him. Very pleasant to work with.

Great experience. Had some unexpected but not surprising additional work with shut off valves, but Donnie was informative and fair in his pricing.

I would have liked to have had an input as to what kind of fixtures went in. He did a great job, very knowledgeable, very patient, and he listens.

We had the sewer main and the drive replaced. The sewer went across the drive. We asked Kings to communicate and coordinate with the concrete guy so it would go smoothly. On the day Kings came out and did the sewer main, he took out the dirt across the driveway and put in the sewer main. then, after putting in a little bit of gravel, they threw the dirt back in. They did not tamp it down at all. He said that was the problem of the concrete guy. They wouldn't remove the extra dirt, they piled it in a 7 foot pile in our yard. Donnie was rude and hung up on me when I called about this. He would not take any responsibility for any problem

Donnie responded quickly to our inquiry and came to assess the project at the promised time. We will definitely use Kings Plumbing again because Donnie took his time to assess the immediate problem and made a recommendation to help eliminate any future issues at fair prices. He knows his business!!

Repair was considerably more expensive than I was expecting. Pricing out the exact same parts through reputable online sites showed a VERY CONSIDERABLE difference. However, I needed it done very quickly and Kings Plumbing & Heating, LLC was very able to accomodate my tight schedule. The repairman was very easy to work with and I would recommend him for everything other than price.

I have submitted this once.

I was told I had a warranty on the labor. I called and let them know the pressure regulator was making noises and was told to adjust the water pressure myself. I was also up-charged on the part that was replaced. I was told that it would be a better fit to use a different part. That was probably true. What I was not told is that the new part cost more.

The service was completed on a timely manner. Great customer serivice. However, the problem was not corrected. I spent $336.00 and the tub blockage was not resolved. He, however, offered to comeback to fix the problem again for an extra $150.00. I think is ridiculous that I had to spend 480.00 Dollars just to have my bathtub unclogged. I went under the crawl space and fixed it myself for 22 Dollars. The plumber ran the snake in the wrong pipe, therefore, the blockade was not fixed.

Dan is true professional. Well knowledgable and true gentelma. He was on time and gave a very good estimatefor yard flooding and sump pump in tha basement. At the presenttime during the winter we are not instaling the sump pump but we will sure cosider it in spring. Don keep up the good work and reliable service to comunity.
