I don't know if I can write a fair review because I have foam in my gutters. Nicholas exclaimed to me the difficulty in cleaning the foam and I perfectly understand that. I guess I was disappointed because the sale pitch gave me was a bit more then I felt I received. To me he was done more rapidly then I thought it should be for a quality job.

Nicho arrived on time, went about the job without wasting time, and did a good job for a fair price. He likes to chat, but is very friendly and courteous! :) Will hire him again if we need exterior cleaning services.

Nico did a great job for us power washing our home, tool shed, driveway and planter. He forgot to do the planter, apologized for his oversight, and came clear back at my convenience and di a great job on it. He was very communicative and very willing to listen to my suggestion for how to avoid an oversight in the future. I was impressed by his desire to improve his business and his humility to listen to suggestions. He did a great job and I was very satisfied!

From first phone contact to the end of my project Niko was courteous, prompt, and efficient. Met my needs exactly. Will use again but probably won't be necessary for a couple of years. Great example of small business.

I was very impressed with King's Pressure Wash. Nico returned my call right away and promptly scheduled a date for service. He came out on the hottest weekend of the year to work in my backyard. When he was done the area was spotless. Nico even suggested how I could treat the area to retard some of the issues I was having. I won't hesitate to contact King's Pressure wash in the future for service.
