I contracted with and paid this company a $7,000 deposit to complete a roof on a rental property in Freeport. It has been 7 months. No new roof. No refund of the money I paid and no return phone calls, emails, texts, or messages on FB messenger. I met with them beforehand, looked at their reviews etc and they seemed like a reputable group. I have now learned they did not renew their license in 2024 with the city of Freeport for their business. They took the money in November and have been ghosting me now for months. I cant really rate the quality of work or the value for the money because no work was done but entries were required to post a review. I hope I save someone else from losing money from this company. Extremely disappointing.
