SHE SHOWED UP ON TIME BUT THE LENGTH OF TIME CLEANING WAS TOO LONG FOR WHAT SHE DID. SHE EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG NEXT TIME. WASN'T TOO PLEASE WITH THE CLEANING, BUT SINCE THIS WAS HER FIRST TIME I AM WILLING TO GIVE HER ANOTHER SHOT.

Mrs. King was very cordial and professional. I was present most of the time the service was in my home, but did leave occasionally and had no qualms about leaving my home while they were there. Mrs. King and her crew worked hard and she went out of her way to be sure I was happy with the work being done. She did her best to customize the cleaning project to my specific needs. I would recommend this company and plan to use King's Royal Cleaning Service again.
