Kings TV Mounting

I am so disappointed in the service I received from Davante Allen and his fiance when they came to take down my TV and mount my new TV. They were an hour and a half late but I was ok with that because I didn't have to go to work until later that day. They took down the old TV and white putting up the new TV we noticed that it had a Crack in it. I immediately called my vendor while they were here for a replacement TV. They said when I get the replacement tv they would come back to hang it. When I got the replacement tv I contacted them for the availability for them to come back. He told me that they would come on Saturday February 21st before noon. We didn't hear from Davante Allen all day. I sent a message and he said Sunday they would come. So for 2 days we were waiting for them to show up. They didn't answer any of my calls or text messages for days. I asked my neighbor to call him and he immediately answered. She made a appointment with him using my address. He quoted her$70 NO SH

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. He showed up late the first day then accidentally put a hole in my wall. I was told he would come fix a hole he put in my wall? he never showed up or followed up in a timely manner with his delay. He is very unreasonable and would not offer a compromise without being rude or taking accountability for his mistake. The outlet installation was poorly done and misaligned. Communication was terrible throughout the process, and there was a clear lack of respect for customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for reliable or quality work.
