I had Kingsman do a quote on my window and also on the siding project that I had out for bid. The great part about Kingsman is that Peter, the owner, is the person that came out to provide the quote, was on the job and answered all requests/questions. I beleive because the company doesn't have as much overhead as other firmst they are able to provide better value and craftsmanship. I will definitely be using Kingsman for future construction/remodel projects both within and outside of my home.

Kingsman LLC did a terrific job on my deck. It turned out exactly as I envisioned it, possibly better. Peter Long was great to work with, always asking my opinion about any questionable area. The only problems were caused by the city in taking forever to do their inspections. I highly recommend this company for any project. I know they do many other home projects other than decks.

Kingsman had a challenge working with some of our moulding and rose to the ocassion. I felt very comfortable wokring with this family of contractors--they were very considerate of our family, picked up their messes, and had patience with a multitude of questions from my three-year-old.

Peter Long did a fabulous job getting the job done quickly with short notice. The egress window install looked beautiful in our home, and we were pleased with it. His crew was efficient and got the job done quickly in the time crunch we were in, for selling our home. His price was also the most reasonable out of the bids we received. Kingman LLC were very helpful the moment they stepped onto the property in regards to possible deck layouts, deck size, stair location, and material options. The construction crew were very friendly and professional. The estimated cost came within budget and the deck looks fantastic.
