We needed to have our flat roof repaired and I obtained three quotes. Kingsman Roofing came in at half of what the other contractors were charging (including the one that put the roof on 15 years ago). The quote was the only one that was professionally presented, including wood sheathing for any rot, and was all encompassing--the others were short emails or form "Proposal" consisting of a few sentences and did not address many of the variables such as wood rot. The roof was installed a short time later and there were no hidden costs or any kind of upcharges. The foreman ensured that he was present for all city inspections and everything passed with flying colors. In the end, I received a very professional report which included photographs before , during, and after the work was done. Very pleasant and professional experience and I would highly recommend.
