The guys were late only because there was a semi trailer on fire on Hwy 95 causing a shut down, but they called to let me know what was happening. They then completed a great job for me and the results are outstanding. I will use them again!!

Not very professional and he did not clean up when they left. Hose had a leak and he said he would clean the tile when it leaked but I had to remind him and he went to his truck and came back telling me he did not have any towels but he would see if he had a mop. He was very nice but not professional.

They were very professional, reasonable, and pleasant to have in my home. They did a super fantastic job really fast and my carpet looks brand new. I let all my friends know on Facebook that if they need any carpet upholstery tile cleaning done these are the guys to call. Plus because I'm a veteran they gave me a 10% discount. So pleased with the entire process. Easily made an appointment on line, they arrived a little earlier than the set time, finished the job quickly and efficiently. All the stains came out, carpet looks like new! We highly recommend Kings of Steem. We will be contacting them very soon to clean our family room rugs. Great work, great price!

I switched from having the carpet cleaned to having the kitchen tiles cleaned. They look 95% better. There are still a few areas that didn't come as clean as other areas but their work was great! I'm pleased!
