Contractor was efficient and thorough

Javier did an awesome job. He got the job done, it looks like new. He cleaned up afterwards and left the surrounding area looking like he was never there. I will be hiring him for more jobs around my house.

Javier did an excellent job. Told me what he would do and how he would do it. He told me 3 days and it was completed in 3 days. I am hiring him for other projects in my home.

The job is horrible; it looks like patchwork. They did not tent the work area, leaving dust all over. The telephone was disconnected, so the customer could not resolve the issue.

It was very professional and the job that he did was amazing. I recommend him 100%.

Promptly arrived to give quote and a few days later was able to provide the services we requested. Highly experience with stucco and painted the exterior windows area and surroundings as need. Hurricane Milton took most of the siding off one side of the upper part of my house. I collected all the pieces (or so I thought) and just needed them put back up. It turned out to be a more complicated job than we all initially thought. Javier and his assistant worked over and over to put the puzzle back together until we realized an 10 inch piece was missing. I was able to buy a piece, match the paint, and Javier came back and finished the job. He advised me on what to get and stayed in contact through the entire process. He is very professional, courteous, and persistent. Yes, I would recommend King Stucco and Javier.

Work was done quickly, professional and the price was reasonable.

Scope of work; had crumbling stucco on a chimney that was built 30 years ago without a permit. Materials were failing, stucco was falling off. A real professional. Advised the good and bad of the scope of work, didnâ t try to over sell even though there was additional work that needed to be done. Very good communication. Came up with a plan for future repairs to fit within our budget. Will definitely hire again for the continued repairs needed to our stucco as well as other projects this old house stupid house needs.

Great job !!!!! Had him assemble a 13x15 Gazebo and anchor it down. He was on time also in contact with me for any delays or concerns. Very neat and cleaned up after himself and the product turned out great!!! I would highly recommend the company!!! 5 stars for sure! Javier was very fair and reasonable. Javier was hired to stucco a front and back wall of our home that had vinyl siding. The job he was hired for turned out to be more work than realized but Javier was up for the challenge. Javier removed some vinyl siding and found a ton of rotting wood which he replaced prior to stuccoing the wall. Javier and his team worked diligently and provided reasonable cost for additional work that was needed to complete the job. Highly recommend
