I had called three handymen and two roofing companies to get a roof vent looked at that had been leaking after an improper install by the original builder. None had returned a call or if they did said they wouldn’t get on a roof. I made one last outreach to these folks and they came through. I was scheduled and the repair completed without any issues in two days flat. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Great roof replacement experience from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and quick to communicate before and during the project, which made the whole process easier. They even show up when they say they will - a trait hard to find these days. I also appreciate how they walked me through the material choices beforehand so I ended up with the proper materials for my roof. Helping me choose the right shingles / underlayment / ventilation based on my roof and budget - not being pushy just the facts. Things I was looking for in a roofer and they really checked all the boxes: * Trust & professionalism: clear communication, showing up when they say they will, and treating the job site respectfully. * On-site oversight: having a supervisor/owner present so quality stays consistent. * Quality of workmanship: straight, well-aligned installation; proper flashing around vents/chimneys; secure fasteners; no gaps or sloppy edges. * Licensing/insurance: proof the company is properly insured and can work safely. * Project process & transparency: a clear estimate, timeline, and explanation of what will be done - all before work starts. * Warranty/aftercare: confidence that the company stands behind their work if an issue comes up. The roof looks excellent, and they were organized and respectful throughout. Clean-up was especially impressive - everything was left neat and tidy, with no mess to deal with afterward. I’d definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofer.

Kinnee Brothers Roofing had a crew out to fix our roof quickly after a storm blew off shingles. They were fast, reliable and kept us informed. My wife is a realtor and has used them before to replace / repair clients roofs. Certainly a contractor we will continue to use.
