Mike Kinner and Crew are very honest, trustworthy, wonderfully skilled, and have a very broad range of expertise and experience. Mike has done roof repair, mold remediation, complete renovation of our front room, replaced a back porch, fixed major age related damage on the back of our 80 year old cottage, and installed a lovely window. I have always had great results and Mike is our first choice for anything we need done on our cottage. I cannot overstate his work ethic, craftsmanship, and willingness to work with the homeowner.

Kinner construction did an excellent job on my deck and screened-in porch. They are great to work with! I highly recommend them! The only downside was I did have to wait a little while before they could start my job.

To make it better the work was done by him, it wasn't subcontracted out which made this experience even better! Mike kept me up to date with the progress. Mike Kinner is reliable and responsive. He called me within a few hours of receiving my referral from Service Magic, and was out at my house the next day to provide an estimate. He was on time for his appointment (a rarity in residential renovation). He assisted in designing a code-compliant renovation project, and his estimate was reasonable and complete. When a small unforeseen condition was encountered, he didn't request a change to the contract price but absorbed it within the original budget. The quality of his work was outstanding. I will hire him again to do future work, and would recommend him for any small-to-medium renovation project.
