Mike Kinner and Crew are very honest, trustworthy, wonderfully skilled, and have a very broad range of expertise and experience. Mike has done roof repair, mold remediation, complete renovation of our front room, replaced a back porch, fixed major age related damage on the back of our 80 year old cottage, and installed a lovely window. I have always had great results and Mike is our first choice for anything we need done on our cottage. I cannot overstate his work ethic, craftsmanship, and willingness to work with the homeowner.

Did amazing job all the way around. Did it right before 4th of July weekend. Had a lot damage to the outside of our house. Did everything to evaluate and gave me a fair price. Took measurements and great assessment of the work. Got it done timely and quickly so we didn't have any more problems.

Mike Kinner and his helper Tony were fantstic! They showed great respect for our time and property. The work was professional, they paid attention to every detail. Mike cared about our satisfaction through the entire installation process. We will seek his services again when our next project is ready (windows and a porch).
