He came to inspect unit for my appliance insurance company the unit was not heating water at all he just ran water through it and never checked the water temperature he reported that water was running and insurance company denied anything was wrong with the unit I wouldn?t recommend Kintex to anyone

Absolutely disaster. So called plumber did not know what he was doing. Cut sheetrock in master bedroom instead of in the toilet room. Totally misdiagnosed the problem and left me with ruined carpet and padding that was a week old, a butchered bedroom wall that i had to pay to have totally drywalled, textured and painted. Kintex took absolutely no ownership to the mess they made and the carpet they ruined for which I had to pay to have removed because their idiot so called plumber ran the faucet in bathtub for over 15 minutes to show the tenant that the leak was on the tub seal. I had to hire a master plumber who accessed the wall in the kitchen to fix a leak in the pipe. It was not the tub seal leaking as kintex claimed. Bunch of illiterate people at Kintex who only know how to perform fraudulently and reckless. They devalued my master bedroom wall when there was absolutely no reason. Misdiagnosed and submitted assume cause to the insurance company. Based on the misdiagnosed the insurance company has rejected the claim by stating it is not covered

Horrible Service . Kintex Plumbing was assigned by Choice Home Warranty to address plumbing issues at my home. Initially, I was given an appointment for last Saturday between 10 AM and 1 PM. However, on Saturday morning, I received a call informing me that the appointment had been rescheduled to the afternoon, between 1 and 4 PM. Despite making three follow-up calls throughout the day, no one from Kintex showed up, nor did they inform me that they would not be coming. When I contacted them again on Monday morning, I was told that the next available appointment would be on Thursday of the following week. At that point, I escalated the issue to the home warranty company, which led to another conversation with Kintex. As a result, they were finally able to arrange a visit for Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, Kintex Plumbing did not take responsibility for the missed appointment, even after escalating the matter to their manager. I ended up wasting my entire Saturday.

On time good job good knowledge about appliance

Jay was great, he recreated the issue, and found the problem, explained how he was going to fix the problem, and he fix it.

They asked $85 to fix their mistake for below. The plumber sent by your company personally observed the leak, inspected the water on the floor, and took photographs of the affected area. Despite this, the document I was asked to sign at the end of the visit stated ?No Active Leaks.? I signed this document at the time without realizing this inaccurate statement. My signature does not negate the clear contradiction between what was observed and what was documented.

Excellent service, I got the appointment time I wanted, the service was quick and effective and the technician, Matt, was well prepared to fix the issue immediately. He was super efficient, courteous and polite. Kintex Plumbing has been to my house for a couple of other issues and evertime they have exceeded my expectations in service and care.

I paid this company TWICE!! And my sink is still leaking and the guy stayed on the phone the whole time and he didn?t speak English at all !! Save your money and go somewhere else please

Dear Kintex Plumbing LLC, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the warranty service recently performed at my home by your company. On 7/17/2025 your technician, Matt, came to our home to address a leak in our shower, which required a warranty replacement of the faucet head. Unfortunately, the incorrect part was installed. At the time, we were explicitly told by Matt that this part would provide a temporary fix and that once we obtained the correct item, your team would return and install it at no additional cost. Based on this assurance, we proceeded. After sourcing and purchasing the correct part ourselves, we contacted your office as instructed. To our surprise and frustration, we were then informed by your staff that your company would not honor the original agreement made by your technician and that we would be charged an additional $200 to install the correct item. This is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Had we been clearly told

Kintex overcharges and does not clean up after their work (creating hazards). Their plumber came out to my rental and offered to fix a leaking pipe for $157 plus $60 trip fee. I agreed to it via my tenant on the phone. Tenant said the plumber went to his truck, sat for a bit, then left. When I called Kintex, they denied the plumbers offer and said it would be $450. I had no choice but to pay the $450 to stop the leak. Then upon removing the wet sheetrock, the pipe almost fell on me.

Kintex Plumbing went above and beyond on repairing my issue, specifically the technician, Ranceis Ortega. Very friendly, professional, detail oriented and on time. I recommend Kintex Plumbing and Ranceis highly.

No work was not done. Kintex Plumbing ( Javier) could not diagnose the problem. He wasted his & my time and money. This company is very greedy and incompetent. May be one of the worst plumbing company in town

Wasn’t getting any hot water. Kintex worked with me to get the earliest appointment available for a technician to come out in 2 days. Once the technician arrived on site, problem with water heater was identified and fixed within 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes for the water to get hot, I was back in business. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

Our water heater went out so I called Kintex. They came out the same day to check it and were back early the next morning with a new water heater and installed it. I have never dealt with a more respectful company and I would recommend them to my family and friends for any plumbing needs.
