This is an awful company. Long story short I had questions on my invoice as I was charged an additional $125 for Misc Hardware& after the installation of my water softener. I simply wanted to know what additional hardware was used. I was met with a hostile man who threatened to come to my home and was then hung up on. I then received a very passive aggressive email from their office personnel the next day with the list of additional materials used. The catch is that I asked the technician over the phone for this list and he refused saying it was up to the business to share this with me but he would not. Very shady and fraudulent business practices. I would stay far away from this company.

Beware of this company, horrible company and false promise by owner. I have gotten installed a new Water Filtration System from this company back in Jan-19 and until date no one has called for follow-up appointment. Their sales person was very proactive prior to the installation, after install it seems this company vanished from the earth. The contract states they are supposed to come back in a month after installation of new system to test the water. So I have attempted several calls myself, and have left VM and given messages to the receptionist, finally got to speak the owner, Dee, who promised that their technician will call, it has been over 3 weeks nothing yet. This is a preferred vendor of a very famous home appliance store who recommended them. I have to lodge a complaint with this sotre who is looking into the matter. Potential customers, please be aware before you sign up with this company as this is my experience.

I purchased a water softener and purifier system from Kionics. They could not get out for three weeks to install it; the day they installed it they left my Kangan water system unhooked because they needed an adapter for it. It's been a month and trying to get them to come back and finish the job has been a nightmare. Also the check I gave them for payment was handled carelessly. They called me the following day to say it had been left in the company truck, which had been broken into overnight. I had to pay $35 for a stop payment charge. Product seems good, but otherwise a rinky dink outfit.

Very knowledgeable sales person in an industry where there is much mis-information.

Rather costly overall, but a good install I think, as no problems and working well.
