Hired Kevin to mow and trim front and back yards. His price was good. He came twice and did a good job. The third day was raining so I called him and we decided on a day and time for him to do the job. He never showed up and did not call. I called him three times and got no response. He finally sent me a text saying he is no longer mowing lawns; he is doing *other things*. So that left me without anyone to mow our lawn. We are an elderly couple and my husband has many physical ailments and I just can not do it anymore. Kevin did not have the decency to call me back. He should not have set a day and time if he was no longer doing lawns. I have found someone else, thankfully, through Home Advisor and gave them my expectations and am hoping for the best. I would not recommend Kips to anyone because of the very poor customer service.

"I apologize for the miscommunication, but In my defense I lost my phone for several days so I could not contact anyone of my customers and I felt horrible, and two elderly folks, it made me feel worse. And so I did not disappoint the costumer anymore , I told them I was not suitable to mow anymore. I now have two phones so I can always be contacted."
