I spoke to owner about one week prior to having work done and two days before to verify work and price. I gave him square footage of townhouse, and he clearly stated a price to clean house and carpets.I repeated the price and square footage. He said it was a cash price, not sure what that meant. I assume no tax? Twice I verified the price. Since it was a gift to my daughter and son-in-law, who moved from out of town, my son-in-law was on site with the cash I had given for these services. Owner said it was 183.00 more than he quoted me. He refused to give my son-in-law a receipt. My son-in-law had to give him his credit card number to pay the difference. When I called owner to ask about difference in price, he denied all he had quoted me. Work done was o.k.

"What a liar! When she gave me the square footage , i told her i dont go by the footage , i charge by the room.I never said cash price! i said 50-75 a room depending on size stains and furniture moving. She wanted a ball park quote for five rooms , so i told her around 250.00. when i got there i told her daughter that i told her mom that and after looking over the house that it was 2 rooms and a long hall and 3 hugh closets, so it was 150.00 more and she said thats fine , just do it. I gave her daughter a receipt! . she just expected the same price even though there was more work than she originally told me."

I own a few rental properties and I used to use Stanley Steamers and I just replaced rugs because they used too much waters. I tried this company and I was happy with the results. They used less water, it smelled good. They were on time and they were courteous with the price. They got the stains and bad smells out, and I found them through Home Advisor and I am happy I found them.

USED a machine you can buy at WALMART.... no value... had to have it re done by a professional....

We are not easy people to impress BUT I am impressed. Ed just left and I could not believe the dirt he got out of our rug before he shampooed. We just rented a machine and cleaned the rug 3 weeks ago.

The cleaner came promptly on time and was very courteous. However, I will not contact this business next time I need my carpets cleaned. There were spots on the carpet that were still there when he left. My pet spot machine lifted them easily. Next time I will call "St.... St...er".
