"(update 10-25-22: a full refund has been issued) I would like to state the facts to defend the integrity of my company and myself. You told me to come out Sat Oct. 15th. I had that date on my calendar for a couple of months. I also purchased all the materials I was going to need to winterize your camp. 16 gallons of anti-freeze, (8) 2x4's and a sheet of plywood. The bid of $256.00 was to winterize your camp and as we talked about I was going to use the lumber to enclose your pump system so it would be protected from the elements. The enclosure was to done as a gratuity because you got extremely angry at the original of $389 to winterize your 800,000 cabin. you said it was 3 times what the past company charged you, who will no longer be doing the winterizing for you. I called you Friday the 14th to make sure we were still good for the following day, and you went off on me. then I seen your review you made 3 days prior to me showing up. Mr. miller, I do my absolute best for the homeowners who call my company to help with their homes issues. I wish you were more understanding to the fact that I get a lot of calls, so if I missed a call or 2 from you just know its was not done purposefully,the material alone was over $170.00 for your project. I do the best I can for the people who contact my company for work and my reviews reflect my efforts, this review is inaccurate and could be detrimental to my business. again I apricate your inquiry, but jumping the gun and leaving a bad review is not the correct way to go about things or to get back at me because your angry I missed 2 calls, in my opinion."

However when I showed you the finished project you were happy with it. You picked out the delta simplicity door and I installed it.
